Sunset Motivation

What is up everypony, Fluttershiny here, and I bring you Sunset Shimmer telling you the most important and best exercise quote I've ever heard, while striking a rather interesting pose. 

I gotta say, ever since my parents told me that quote when I was a little kid, I always knew that it's important to maintain a healthy body and physique in order to benefit yourself a lot.

For the past 4 months, I've gotten off my lazy ass and started to exercise. FYI, I wasn't ever fat, but rather skinny, and I thought that I should do something about it, and I decided to just keep hitting the gym with my personal trainer, and I'm actually getting pretty close to being a bit buff.

Anyways, all I'm saying, as well as Sunset Shimmer, is that you shouldn't let your fears dominate you, and know that you can overcome those fears of things you think you couldn't do.
